The American Red Cross Adult CPR, First Aid, and AED Class is designed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge to respond to a variety of emergencies involving adults. This is a great opportunity to equip yourself and your team with life-saving skills, including:
- CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation): Learn how to perform CPR on adults, including chest compressions and rescue breaths, to help maintain blood flow and breathing during cardiac emergencies.
- First Aid: Gain the ability to recognize and care for various first aid emergencies such as burns, cuts, scrapes, sudden illnesses, head, neck, and back injuries, as well as heat and cold-related emergencies.
- AED (Automated External Defibrillator): Understand how to use an AED to deliver a shock to a person experiencing sudden cardiac arrest, which can help restore a normal heart rhythm.
This course combines instructor-led training with hands-on practice. Upon successful completion, participants will receive updated credentials that meet OSHA workplace requirements.

Hurry! Time is running out to register for $75 OSHA 10-Hour in Construction training on August 19th and 20th!
The OSHA 10-Hour in Construction course is a two-day in person class, presented by AGC Houston's authorized instructor(s) and is designed to train employees in the basic essentials of occupational safety and health in construction.
The curriculum covers an introduction to workplace safety topics for field workers including workplace risks, employee rights, and employer obligations.
Upon completion of this course, students will receive a wallet card, certificate of completion, and course materials. Plus, breakfast is included both days!

Whether you’ve never held a power tool or want to sharpen your skills, you’ll get hands-on training in a fun, supportive environment. Learn how to patch drywall, wire light fixtures, install plumbing, mount heavy items, and more!
