Mark your calendars! AGC Houston's 35th Annual BBQ Cook-Off is returning to the Fort Bend County Fairgrounds on April 9–10, 2027!

Get ready for another exciting weekend of great BBQ, friendly competition, networking, and fun with our AGC Houston construction community!

Registration Opens the First Week of January 2027!

We're giving everyone an early heads-up so you can start planning and preparing your teams!

The cook-off layout will remain the same as last year, with team spaces divided between Lot A (Front Lot) and Lot B (Back Lot).

If your team prefers a space in Lot A (Front Lot), we strongly encourage you to register as soon as registration opens in January. Lot A spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and availability is limited.

Important Registration Requirements

To secure your cook-off space, your registration must be fully completed, including all required documentation needed for permits.

The following must be submitted with your registration:

• Tent Layout: A layout of your team's cook-off setup.
• Certificate of Insurance (COI): Your team's required insurance documentation.
• Completed Registration Questions: All registration questions must be answered in full. Please do not leave any fields blank.

IMPORTANT: NO SPACES WILL BE ASSIGNED UNTIL ALL REQUIRED PAPERWORK HAS BEEN SUBMITTED.

Submitting your registration without the required documentation will not secure your space or hold your place in Lot A. Spaces will only be assigned once your registration and all required paperwork have been received and completed.

We encourage all teams to begin gathering their documentation now to avoid delays when registration opens!
