The four-hour seminar is designed as a refresher in contract law for any construction supervisor, manager, HR or safety professional.

  3. Identify clauses that may be unenforceable and why.
  4. Spot contract clauses that can hurt you.
  5. Propose specific language to manage your risk.
  6. Modify contract language to your advantage.
  7. Select the standard clauses you should use.
  8. And use your lawyer more efficiently.
