Member Registration

$40 per person through October 21, 2026

At-the-Door Registration

$50 per person on October 22, 2026
(If space allows. No walk-ins permitted if the event is sold out.)

Non-Member Registration

$100 per person

All registrations include beverages and one raffle ticket.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Event Sponsor – $700

Includes:

• Four (4) attendee registrations
• Company logo featured on the event website
• Tabletop signage at the event
• Opportunity to provide small promotional items/giveaways
• Recognition during the event

GC Raffle Prize Sponsor – $700

Includes:

• Two (2) company representative attendee registrations
• Exclusive opportunity to sponsor the GC Member Raffle Prize
• Opportunity to pull and announce the winning raffle ticket
• Present the raffle prize to the winning GC member
• Photo opportunity with the raffle winner
• Recognition during the raffle presentation and at the event

Please Note:
The raffle sponsor is responsible for purchasing and bringing the raffle item to the event. The raffle item must have a value between $500 and $1,000. Sponsorship is limited to one company only.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least two (2) business days in advance in writing to avoid forfeiting your registration fee.

Sponsorship cancellations must be made at least two (2) weeks before the event due to production deadlines for signage and publications.

For complimentary classes, programs, or events, a $25 administrative fee will apply to no-shows who don’t provide advance notice.
