CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation): Learn how to perform CPR on adults, including chest compressions and rescue breaths, to help maintain blood flow and breathing during cardiac emergencies.
First Aid: Gain the ability to recognize and care for various first aid emergencies such as burns, cuts, scrapes, sudden illnesses, head, neck, and back injuries, as well as heat and cold-related emergencies³.
AED (Automated External Defibrillator): Understand how to use an AED to deliver a shock to a person experiencing sudden cardiac arrest, which can help restore a normal heart rhythm.
The course combines instructor-led with hands-on practice. Upon successful completion, participants receive a certification valid for two years, which meets OSHA workplace requirements.
