Join us for the 34th Annual AGC Houston BBQ Cook-Off Cook Team & Sponsor Meeting! This meeting is designed for all registered cook teams and sponsors to receive important event information, ask questions, and pick up their official cook team and sponsor packets ahead of the big weekend.

This year, we are proud to host the meeting at Camp Hope, the charity we will be supporting and raising funds for during the 34th Annual BBQ Cook-Off. Hosting the meeting at Camp Hope gives our teams and sponsors the opportunity to see firsthand the incredible organization that will benefit from this year’s event.

Please make sure your team has submitted all required documents prior to the meeting in order to pick up your packets. Teams that have not turned in the necessary forms will need to complete those items before their packets can be released.

About Camp Hope

Located in Houston, Texas, Camp Hope is a six-to-nine-month interim housing program dedicated to helping combat veterans and their families heal from the effects of combat trauma. Through a whole-person approach, Camp Hope provides peer support, mentorship programs, and professional development opportunities designed to help veterans transition to a healthier and more stable future.

Veterans in the program also participate in weekly sessions with licensed healthcare professionals, ensuring they receive the support and care they need throughout their recovery journey. Best of all, the program is offered at no cost to veterans or their families.

Camp Hope is a one-of-a-kind program in the United States, and to date, 44% of participating veterans have successfully graduated from the program. This year, AGC Houston is proud to support Camp Hope as the beneficiary of our 34th Annual BBQ Cook-Off, helping raise funds to continue the incredible work they do for our nation’s heroes.
