Leadership AGC is a year-long program designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders in the commercial construction industry across the Greater Houston area. Running from January 2026 to January 2027, the program offers a dynamic mix of activities and events that immerse participants in various facets of the industry and the region.

Throughout the program, participants will explore key topics such as project management, safety, ethics, communication, innovation, diversity, and community engagement, equipping them with the skills and insights needed to lead with confidence and impact. The application deadline is November 21, 2025.
