Join AGC Houston for the second installment of the 2026 Smart Solutions Series featuring a fireside chat with Skanska leaders as they share a practical look at how one of the industry’s leading builders is evaluating, adopting and scaling AI across the business.

Designed for construction professionals at every level, this session will break down AI in a way that is accessible for both small and large contractors. The conversation will explore why AI matters for the future of construction, how Skanska’s data strategy created the foundation for AI adoption, and how tools like Safety Sidekick and Operational Risk Sidekick are helping project teams improve planning, access institutional knowledge and support better decision-making.

Panelists will share real-world lessons learned on:
