2026 Smart Solutions Series for Contractors

Closing out the 2026 Smart Solutions Series, this session puts the spotlight on preconstruction and its evolving role in today’s building industry. Construction Leadership Council members Jordan Attar, Preconstruction Manager at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc., will be joined by Jose Garcia, Preconstruction Manager at WS Bellows Construction Corp., and Brandon Gauger, Estimator II at TDIndustries, Inc., for a dynamic discussion on how technology, AI, and innovative processes are transforming the future of preconstruction.

This panel explore how preconstruction has evolved beyond traditional estimating into a strategic driver of project success. This panel discussion will examine the full preconstruction process, highlight where AI is delivering real value today, and discuss how emerging technologies are reshaping collaboration, decision-making, and efficiency across the industry. Panelists will also share insights on the future of preconstruction leadership and the skills needed to lead in an increasingly data-driven construction environment.  This session will cover the following the points:
