This interactive program provides construction professionals with a practical introduction to the legal issues that commonly arise throughout the life of a construction project. Designed with the day-to-day responsibilities of project teams in mind, the course explores how construction contracts, Texas statutes, and important court decisions can affect project risk, schedule, change management, and payment.
