STP Unit 5: Productivity and Managing Project Costs

Productivity and Managing Project Costs (STP Unit 5) helps supervisors understand how daily field decisions affect productivity, cost, and overall project performance.

Participants explore labor productivity, production planning, cost awareness, tracking work, identifying impacts, and communicating issues early. The course helps supervisors connect field activity to project outcomes in a practical, usable way.

This course is one module in AGC’s full Supervisory Training Program (STP).
