Our annual Advocacy Sporting Clays Tournament is around the corner! Join us in raising funds for our AGC Houston Advocacy Fund.

Registration Information

 $1,200 - Four-Shooter Team

Sponsorships 

$1,900 - Premium Raffle Sponsor + Team 

  • Contributes to premium raffle prizes + premium recognition on signage at event + 2 company reps at lunch + team of 4

$1,000 - Premium Raffle Sponsor

  • Contributes to premium raffle prizes + premium recognition on signage at event + 2 company reps at lunch 

$1,000 - Cart Sponsor 

  • Includes company logo on all shooter carts

$1,500 - Safety Sponsor (Limited to One)

  • Opportunity to display security or safety equipment throughout the duration of the event + 4 company reps attending from beginning of the event to end.

$1,200 - Pavilion Sponsor

  • Recognition on signage under event pavilion + promo table under event pavilion + 2 company reps at breakfast and lunch

$1,000 - Lunch Sponsor

  • Recognition on signage under event pavilion + promo table under event pavilion + 3 company reps at  lunch

Pricing

Cancellation Policy

Failure to cancel or reschedule prior to the start of a class, program, or event without at least two business days written notice will result in the forfeiture of your registration fee. Sponsorships must be cancelled at least two weeks prior to the event due to signage and publications. For complimentary classes, programs, or events, a $25 administrative fee will be assessed for no shows who do not provide advanced notice.
